Tenant Find Only Service
Where the Landlord does not wish the Agent to undertake full management, the agent can provide a Tenant Find Only Service. This includes:-
- Advising as to the likely rental income achievable.
- Advertising and generally marketing the property.
- Interviewing prospective tenants and taking up full references using a comprehensive tenant assessment service which includes credit and bad debt searches.
- Preparing the Tenancy Agreement necessary for the Landlord to gain protection of the relevant Rent and Housing Acts.
